TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (‘Terms’) govern the purchase and use of services offered under the EverywhereFound brand. By purchasing or using a service, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific terms presented at checkout.
1. SERVICES
EverywhereFound provides business visibility and related services. Depending on the service purchased, work may include business listings and citations, Google Business Profile services, website development, website visibility work, search optimization, AI-readiness, business-information consistency, reporting, and other deliverables described on the applicable service or plan page. The exact scope of a customer's purchase is the scope displayed for the selected service at the time of purchase. Services outside that scope require a separate purchase or written agreement
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, current, and lawful information reasonably needed to perform the purchased services and to provide requested approvals, content, and authorized access in a timely manner. You represent that you have the right to provide all business information, logos, photographs, text, credentials, account permissions, and other materials you submit to us. You are responsible for notifying us of material changes to your business information, including changes to your business name, address or service area, phone number, website, hours, services, ownership, or relevant platform accounts.
3. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Many EverywhereFound services interact with independent third-party platforms, including search engines, maps services, directories, AI platforms, hosting providers, website systems, and business-profile platforms. Those third parties control their own eligibility rules, verification, approvals, suspensions, algorithms, rankings, displays, recommendations, availability, and policies. EverywhereFound cannot require a third party to approve, index, rank, display, recommend, restore, or maintain a business, profile, website, listing, or other content.
4. NO GUARANTEE OF THIRD-PARTY OUTCOMES
EverywhereFound performs the work included in the service purchased. We do not guarantee a specific Google or Maps ranking, search position, AI recommendation or citation, number of calls or leads, website traffic, customer conversion, revenue, or sales. These outcomes may be affected by factors outside our control, including third-party systems, competition, location, customer behavior, and market conditions.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are disclosed before purchase. Current standard offerings include

- Be Found More $249/month, recurring monthly.
- Be Found Everywhere $399/month, recurring monthly.
- Google Profile Setup $199 one-time.
- Professional Website $999 one-time.
- Website + Visibility Optimization $1,499 one-time.
- Get Found AI — $49/Month, Recurring Monthly.
If pricing changes in the future, the price shown and accepted for the applicable transaction controls, subject to any notice or consent required for an existing recurring service.
6. RECURRING BILLING AUTHORIZATION
When you purchase a recurring monthly service, the recurring price and billing frequency are disclosed before payment. By affirmatively accepting the recurring billing disclosure and completing the purchase, you authorize EverywhereFound and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed monthly price until cancellation becomes effective. Recurring services renew automatically each month unless canceled. The billing date and other subscription information will be provided in the order or subscription confirmation.
7. CANCELLATION OF MONTHLY SERVICES
You may cancel a recurring monthly service before the next scheduled renewal by calling customer support at (XXX) XXX-XXXX during Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern Time, or by emailing support@everywherefound.com. Email cancellation requests may be submitted at any time. For email cancellations, the time the request is received at support@everywherefound.com is used to determine whether it was received before the scheduled renewal, even if our team processes it during the next business day. Once cancellation is processed, you will receive confirmation. Cancellation stops future recurring renewals after it becomes effective. Cancellation does not automatically reverse or refund a charge for the current billing period or services already purchased, started, or performed.
8. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy presented on the website and incorporated into these Terms. Because fulfillment may begin and costs may be incurred shortly after an order or renewal is processed, payments for a billing period in which work has already begun are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where EverywhereFound expressly agrees otherwise. One-time services may also involve labor, setup, third-party costs, or fulfillment shortly after purchase and are generally non-refundable after work has begun, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
9. SERVICE START, DELAYS, AND CUSTOMER DEPENDENCIES
Work may begin shortly after purchase once required information, access, or approvals are available. Some tasks depend on customer responses, third-party verification, platform processing, approvals, hosting, or other outside factors. Delays caused by missing information, lack of access, third-party processing, or other matters outside EverywhereFound's reasonable control do not create a guarantee of a particular completion or results date.
10. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND PERMISSION TO PERFORM SERVICES
You retain ownership of content and materials you own. You grant EverywhereFound a non-exclusive permission to use, reproduce, format, transmit, submit, publish, or otherwise process the business information and materials you provide only as reasonably necessary to perform, support, document, or maintain the services you request. Visibility services may require business information to be submitted to or displayed through public directories, search platforms, maps services, websites, or other third-party destinations.
11. RESULTS CONTROLLED BY THIRD PARTIES
EverywhereFound provides business visibility, optimization, website, profile, listing, and related services as described in the service or plan purchased. Search engines, map platforms, AI platforms, directories, customers, competitors, and other third parties can affect outcomes. Refunds are not issued solely because a customer does not achieve a particular search ranking, Maps position, AI recommendation, number of calls or leads, traffic level, revenue amount, or sales result. EverywhereFound does not guarantee those outcomes.
12. EVERYWHEREFOUND MATERIALS
Except for customer-owned materials and third-party materials, the EverywhereFound name, branding, website content, processes, templates, written materials, and other proprietary materials remain the property of EverywhereFound or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly stated in a purchased service or written agreement.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use our services to submit false, deceptive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or unauthorized information or content; impersonate another business or person; interfere with our systems; or cause us to violate a third party's terms or applicable law. We may refuse or suspend work that reasonably appears unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized.
14. ACCOUNT AND SERVICE COMMUNICATIONS
You agree that we may send transactional and service communications reasonably related to your purchase, account, billing, recurring subscription, fulfillment, cancellation, security, and support. Marketing communications, where used, are subject to applicable law and available opt-out rights.
15. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, unlawful use, material breach of these Terms, inability to obtain required customer cooperation or authorization, or circumstances that make continued performance unlawful or impracticable. Any amounts already due remain subject to these Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. DISCLAIMERS
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties regarding specific third-party rankings, placements, recommendations, traffic, leads, revenue, or sales. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EverywhereFound will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from third-party platform actions, lost rankings, lost opportunities, lost profits, or loss of data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from a specific purchased service will not exceed the amount paid to EverywhereFound for that specific service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the amount paid for the applicable one-time service, as appropriate. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another law must apply
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an existing recurring payment arrangement will be handled with any notice or consent required by applicable law, card-network rules, or the applicable payment processor/acquirer.
20. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. These Terms, the applicable service description, checkout disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy form the agreement governing the applicable purchase unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
