2. Payments are processed through approved third-party payment processors.

EverywhereFound may receive limited payment-related information such as card brand, last four digits, transaction identifiers, payment status, billing details, and information necessary to administer orders, subscriptions, refunds, disputes, and fraud prevention. EverywhereFound does not store full payment-card numbers.

  • Process orders, payments, recurring subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and billing questions.

EverywhereFound cannot require a third party to approve, index, rank, display, recommend, restore, or maintain a business, profile, website, listing, or other content.

  • Payment processors, gateways, banks, merchant-service providers, fraud-prevention providers, and transaction-support providers
  • Hosting, website, email, communications, CRM, analytics, security, customer-support, and other service providers actually used by EverywhereFound.
  • Search engines, maps services, business directories, websites, AI/search-related platforms, data providers, and other destinations when submission or publication of business information is part of the service you request.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financing providers, or transaction parties where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, legal, or compliance purposes.
  • Government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud or abuse.

Business information submitted for visibility services may be intentionally made public because publication and distribution of that information can be part of the service purchased.

5. SALE, SHARING, AND TARGETED ADVERTISING

EverywhereFound does not make a blanket statement in this policy that information is never 'sold' or 'shared' because those terms can have specific meanings under privacy laws and depend on the technologies and advertising practices actually used on the live website. Before launch, EverywhereFound will configure this section and any required privacy choices based on the actual analytics, advertising, CRM, and cookie technologies in use. If applicable law gives you a right to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising, EverywhereFound will provide the required method when those practices and laws apply.

11. RESULTS CONTROLLED BY THIRD PARTIES

EverywhereFound provides business visibility, optimization, website, profile, listing, and related services as described in the service or plan purchased. Search engines, map platforms, AI platforms, directories, customers, competitors, and other third parties can affect outcomes. Refunds are not issued solely because a customer does not achieve a particular search ranking, Maps position, AI recommendation, number of calls or leads, traffic level, revenue amount, or sales result. EverywhereFound does not guarantee those outcomes.

11. CHILDREN

EverywhereFound provides business services and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children for the purpose of providing these business services.

12. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Where required by law, additional notice will be provided.
